Who you are contracting with
Company registration is in progress. Until it completes we cannot name a registered entity here, and this document is not yet the binding version. The service is operated from the Czech Republic. You can reach us through our contact form with any question, and we will answer it on the same terms as if the entity were named.

1. Acceptance
- By creating an account or using Security Solved, you agree to these terms.
2. Documents that form part of this agreement
- These terms include, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Where this document describes how we handle your personal data, the Privacy Policy governs the detail.
3. Description of the service
- Security Solved is a marketplace that connects clients who need private security cover with the professionals who provide it. We provide the platform for posting jobs and publishing services. We are not a party to any agreement made between a client and a security professional, and we do not supply, employ, direct or manage anyone who offers services here.
4. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Security Solved. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
5. Fees and billing
- Security Solved currently charges no platform fees: posting a job and listing a professional profile are free, and profile verification is not offered. There is no escrow and no commission on the work itself — payment is arranged directly between the client and the security professional, off-platform.
6. Content and conduct
- You are responsible for what you post. Do not post false, misleading, or infringing content, and do not use the platform for anything unlawful. Services offered or requested here must be lawful in the place they are performed — including any license, registration or permit that local law requires for private security work, and any restriction on weapons, uniforms, detention or use of force. Nothing here may be used to arrange surveillance, intimidation, or the enforcement of a private claim.
- If you see something here that breaks these rules, tell us through the contact form. We may remove or hide content that does, and we may suspend the account behind it.
7. Uploaded documents
- Security professionals may upload documents such as licenses and professional certificates. We do not check whether they are genuine or current. Please do not upload criminal-record checks, medical records, or other sensitive documents — we do not need them. These are held in confidence for protection and confidentiality: stored outside the public webroot, and access is checked against the specific profile that owns them. They are never shown on a public profile, and they are deleted when you delete the qualification or your account — see our Privacy Policy for how long we keep what.
- The verification badge indicates that a verification fee was paid. It does not mean we have checked anyone's identity, licensing, or qualifications, and it is not a background check. We are an introduction service and do not vet anyone — see section 9.
8. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of what you post. You grant us the license needed to display it on the platform. That license ends when the content is removed or your account is deleted, except where our Privacy Policy explains that something survives — messages you sent stay in the other person's conversation so their side of it remains readable.
9. Disclaimers
- We are an introduction service. We do not vet, screen, license, train, supervise or background-check anyone who publishes a profile, we do not verify every qualification uploaded to us, and we do not guarantee outcomes between clients and security professionals. Checking that someone is licensed and insured for the work, and that the arrangement is lawful where it happens, is the responsibility of the client and the security professional. Use judgment when hiring or accepting work.
10. Our liability
- Security Solved is provided as-is. We are not liable for disputes arising from, or for any act or omission during, a job arranged through the platform.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude. If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
11. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the security work you carry out or commission through the platform, including holding any license, registration or insurance the law requires where the work happens. We arrange no part of that work and supervise no part of it.
- If someone brings a claim against us because of security work arranged through the platform, or because of content you posted, and the claim arises from something you did, failed to do, or misrepresented, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs in defending it. This does not apply where the claim arises from our own breach of these terms or our own negligence, and it does not apply to a consumer beyond what consumer law permits.
12. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. What happens to your data when you do is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
- If something goes wrong, contact us first through our contact form. We will look at it and reply.
- If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction and you are a consumer, you may refer the dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Ceska obchodni inspekce), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes for services operated from the Czech Republic. You may also bring the matter before the courts.
14. Changes
- We may update these terms. Every version carries the date it was issued, and the current one is always published here.
- If we make a material change — one that affects your rights or what you pay — we will tell you at least 15 days before it takes effect, by a notice shown when you next sign in and, where we are able to, by email. If you do not accept the change, you may delete your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use Security Solved after that date means the updated terms apply to you.
15. Governing law
- This is not settled yet. These terms will be governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the service is operated, and this section will name it once our company registration completes. Until then, the following applies whatever the choice turns out to be.
- If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
